Monthly Invoice Terms
Effective from: April 20, 2026
Monthly invoicing is a special payment privilege granted only to selected users at the sole discretion of Fotolens.si. It may be used only after explicit approval and after the user accepts these terms.
1. Individual approval
Monthly invoicing is not a general payment method. Fotolens.si may approve, limit, suspend, or revoke this option at any time without any obligation to continue offering it.
2. Payment obligation
By placing an order with the monthly invoice payment method, the user confirms full responsibility for paying all orders included in the monthly billing period. Each such order is treated as valid and binding.
3. Payment deadline
The informational monthly invoice is issued after the billing period closes. The payment deadline is 5 days from the issue date unless a different written agreement exists.
4. Use restrictions
The user may use monthly invoicing only for orders placed through their own account and in accordance with all other published terms, pricing rules, licensing conditions, and business rules of Fotolens.si.
5. Revocation for non-payment
If an informational monthly invoice is not settled on time, Fotolens.si may revoke access to monthly invoicing without further notice, require immediate settlement of all open amounts, and take further business or legal action.
6. Recovery and further steps
In the event of late payment, Fotolens.si may request immediate settlement, notify the related club or contracting party where necessary for the cooperation context, and enforce its rights under applicable law.
7. Changes to the terms
Fotolens.si may update these terms at any time. The currently valid version is always the version published on the website. Continued use of monthly invoicing after publication of changes means acceptance of the updated terms unless a separate confirmation flow is required.
8. Relation to other terms
These terms supplement the general business terms of Fotolens.si and do not exclude any other rights or obligations arising from law, contract, order, or other published policies.
9. User declaration
By accepting these terms, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted them and that they assume full responsibility for timely settlement of all amounts billed through monthly invoicing.
