Payment Methods
Fotolens.si supports several payment methods depending on the customer account and the selected order type.
1. Card / PayPal (Stripe)
Online card payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. If supported in the customer's region or Stripe account flow, PayPal or other Stripe-enabled wallet methods may also be displayed inside the same hosted payment environment.
2. Bank transfer (TRR)
When bank transfer is selected, the customer receives an informational proforma invoice with payment instructions. The order is processed after the payment has been received and confirmed.
3. Flik
When Flik is selected, the customer receives informational payment instructions and transfers the stated amount to the published phone number and recipient. The order is processed after manual payment confirmation in admin.
4. Monthly invoice
Monthly invoicing is available only to specifically approved users. When enabled, individual orders can be accumulated into a monthly billing period. The informational monthly invoice is issued after the period closes, and the official invoice follows the completed transaction and service process.
Informational documents
Documents displayed immediately after ordering or shown in the customer portal are informational documents only. They are intended to show the ordered items, order timing, payment instructions, and document reference details.
Security
Fotolens.si does not store raw payment card data. Online payments are handled through established payment providers and secure communication channels.
