Delivery on Fotolens.si depends on the selected product type.

Digital downloads

For digital photographs intended for portal download, the purchased files become available in the customer account after payment is confirmed or after the related monthly invoice order is approved in line with the applicable payment process.

Full-resolution files by email

Where a product is marked for email delivery, the file is not provided as an instant portal download. Instead, it is prepared and sent to the customer's email address as soon as possible after the order is confirmed.

Printed photographs

Printed formats are processed manually and shipped via Posta Slovenije. Processing and dispatch may depend on production workload, confirmation of payment, and the exact print variant ordered.

Combined orders

If the order contains both digital and print items, digital items follow the digital delivery flow while print items are shipped separately through physical delivery.
